President, Chief Executive Officer & Chairman of the Board

William P. Hankowsky is President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Liberty Property Trust. Mr. Hankowsky joined Liberty in January of 2001 as Chief Investment Officer, in 2002 he was named President, and in 2003 appointed Chief Executive Officer and elected chairman of Liberty's board of trustees. Prior to joining Liberty, he served for 11 years as President of the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation and before that served as the city of Philadelphia's Commerce Director.

Mr. Hankowsky currently serves on the boards of Aqua America Inc., Citizens Financial Group Inc., the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, Delaware River Waterfront Corporation, Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau, Philadelphia Shipyard Development Corporation, Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, and the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Brown University.

Christopher J. Papa is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Liberty Property Trust. Before joining Liberty in June 2016, Mr. Papa spent 12 years at Post Properties as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Post, he was an audit partner at BDO Seidman and before that the Chief Financial Officer at Plast-O-Matic Valves, a privately-held manufacturing company. Before joining Plast-O-Matic, he was an audit partner at Arthur Andersen where he was employed for over 10 years and held several positions. Mr. Papa is a Certified Public Accountant, who earned a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from Clemson University.

Michael T. Hagan is the Chief Investment Officer of Liberty Property Trust. Before assuming this role, he was Senior Vice President in charge of acquisitions and dispositions. Since joining Liberty Property Trust in 1989, Mr. Hagan has served as Regional Controller for the Lehigh and Montgomery/Bucks regions, and Vice President of Asset Management. Prior to joining Liberty Property Trust, Mr. Hagan spent several years with Toll Brothers, Inc. as Divisional Controller and with Franklin Realty Group, as a Syndicator, and Developer, and Asset Manager. Mr. Hagan is a Certified Public Accountant, who earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Business and a Master's degree in Finance from Temple University.

Herman C. Fala is Secretary and General Counsel of Liberty Property Trust. Before joining Liberty in January 2014, Mr. Fala was a member of the law firm Cozen O'Connor, where he chaired the Real Estate Practice Group and served on the firm's Board of Directors. Prior to that, Mr. Fala was a partner in the law firm Wolf Block LLP, where he chaired the Real Estate practice for 10 years. He is a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and a member of the Advisory Board of the Urban Land Institute – Philadelphia Chapter and is active in numerous charitable and civic organizations, including the board of directors of The Wilma Theater. Mr. Fala received his undergraduate degree in Physics from the University of Notre Dame and holds a law degree from Harvard Law School.

Shelby Christensen is Senior Vice President, Real Estate Operations for Liberty Property Trust's 103M SF of office and industrial buildings in wholly owned or joint venture portfolios throughout the United States and the United Kingdom. Ms. Christensen joined Liberty in 1997 as a Senior Property Manager in the South Carolina region, assumed the role of Regional Property Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region in 2001 and was appointed as a National Director in 2005. Prior to joining Liberty, she served as a Property Manager with Insignia Commercial Group and Premisys Real Estate Services and as a Real Estate Accountant at Aronov Realty Company and HBW Group. Ms. Christensen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is a member of the BOMA National Advisory Council and serves on the BOMA Education Advisory Council and the Drexel University Property Management Industry Advisory Board.

Greydon T. Sargent, III is Senior Vice President of Construction and Development for Liberty Property Trust. Prior to joining Liberty in 2015, Mr. Sargent was Vice President and Development Manager at Prologis. Before that, Mr. Sargent was Real Estate Developer and Project Manager at Campanneli Companies in Braintree, Massachusetts. Mr. Sargent earned a Bachelor's of Science in Architectural Engineering from Vermont Technical College, and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate, and another in Real Estate Finance, from Boston University. Mr. Sargent holds his LEED® AP+ certification and is a member of the American Society of Architectural Engineers, the American Institute of Steel Construction, the Roofing Contractors Institute, and the National Roofing Contractors Association.

James V. Maneri is Senior Vice President of National Leasing and Business Development for Liberty Property Trust. Mr. Maneri joined Liberty in 1996 as Vice President and Director of Capital Markets and in 1999 was promoted to Senior Vice President and served for three years as Managing Director of Liberty's United Kingdom operations. Prior to joining Liberty, Mr. Maneri was Vice President and Treasurer of the Argosy/KOAR Group, a developer of hotels and resorts, and a director of Oxford First Organization. Mr. Maneri received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Syracuse University in 1987.

Caren P. Hosansky is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Liberty Property Trust. Before joining Liberty in 2008, she served as an Executive Director of Human Resources for Morgan Stanley. In her most recent position with Morgan Stanley, Ms. Hosansky supported the Investment Management division with responsibility for 800 investment professionals in 10 locations around the world. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Ms. Hosansky held a variety of human resources positions of increasing responsibility for other companies including Airgas, Inc. and FCA International. She is a member of SHRM, Society for Human Resources Management, and a graduate of Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

Mary Beth Morrissey is Senior Vice President, Financial Services, and is responsible for accounting, financial analysis, budgeting and the management of all Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) compliance. Prior to joining Liberty Property Trust's predecessor, Rouse & Associates in 1986, Ms. Morrissey was an auditor with Price Waterhouse. She has a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business from Mount Saint Mary's College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Steven E. Messaros is Senior Vice President of Corporate & Process Strategy and Analysis, responsible for developing and maintaining all management information systems and technology. He joined Liberty Property Trust's predecessor, Rouse & Associates, in 1986 as an accountant for the Chester County region and was promoted to Vice President for Financial Services. Prior to joining the Company, he was on the audit staff of Price Waterhouse. He earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accounting at Temple University.

Joe Trinkle is Senior Vice President and Regional Director responsible for Liberty Property Trust's 50 million square foot South-West region. Mr. Trinkle joined Liberty in 1996 and served in positions of Vice President and City Manager for Liberty's Houston and Michigan portfolios, as well as Director of Development for Liberty's Lehigh Valley (PA) office. Mr. Trinkle holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. Mr. Trinkle is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors- earned SIOR designation in 2005, the Industrial Asset Management Council- Associate Member of IAMC, the Council of Supply Chain Management- Professional Member of CSCMP, Past Chair of Liberty's Industrial Practice Group, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties- NAIOP Houston Chapter past member of Board of Directors.

John Gattuso is Senior Vice President and Regional Director of Liberty Property Trust’s Urban and National Development team. Mr. Gattuso is also responsible for Liberty's downtown Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and Herndon Virginia offices. Mr. Gattuso joined Liberty's predecessor, Rouse & Associates in 1987 as a marketing representative in suburban Philadelphia and subsequently served as Senior Vice President for the Minnesota region. Prior to joining Rouse and Associates, he was Director of Waterfront Development for the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation. Mr. Gattuso has a degree in Urban Studies from Washington University in St. Louis, MO.

James J. Mazzarelli, Jr. is Senior Vice President and Regional Director, responsible for Liberty Property Trust's Eastern portfolio (48+ MSF) and has overseen the development of more than 12 MSF of industrial, flex and office buildings during his 28 years with Liberty. Mr. Mazzarelli joined Liberty's predecessor, Rouse & Associates, in 1987 as a leasing representative. Prior to joining Rouse & Associates, he served as a civil engineer and project manager for Taylor, Wiseman and Taylor Consulting Engineers and as an environmental engineer for General Development Corporation in Miami, FL. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from the Florida Institute of Technology, Melbourne, FL, a professional engineering license from the Commonwealth of PA, and real estate licenses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Mazzarelli has been lecturing on development at The Wharton School, the University of Pennsylvania for 24 years.
