We are pioneers in sustainable development, and in 2015, we reinforced our commitment through development of the industry’s first procedure-based LEED® volume program. We employ this program on every industrial building we develop, ensuring all developments meet LEED standards.

Innovative Design Approach

Clear heights

Leasing space from us means you will find more storage capacity within the building’s footprint. Clear heights that create more storage capacity within the same footprint: our standard is 36’ clear, while a 40’ clear is considered for each development. 

Column spacing

We provide column spacing that results in more efficient racking layouts. Rather than economizing the building’s structural components, our design approach is rooted in achieving the maximum amount of pallet positions.

Truck courts and circulation drives

We develop truck courts and circulation drives that not only offer improved functionality, but can also be easily converted into trailer or car parking areas. This offers greater flexibility for the current and future users.

15 years ago, we partnered with Liberty Property Trust to develop a first-class facility to meet all our needs. In our search for a larger facility, we were elated when Liberty’s proposal provided a better value than the other developers; their approachable attitude and the fact that they were the most strategically located industrial park in Orlando helped seal the deal.  As expected, we could not be happier with our new facility.
