Liberty Property Trust Brings Wollsdorf Leder to Eagle Hill Business Park
Two Renewals Add to Leasing Activity in the Triad
Charlotte, NC – July 10, 2018 – Liberty Property Trust has completed a new long-term lease with Wollsdorf Leder, Ltd. and signed a renewal with iAutomation, both in Eagle Hill Business Park.
Wollsdorf Leder recently moved into 24,000 square feet of Class A industrial space at 4189 Eagle Hill Drive at Eagle Hill Business Park in High Point. The rear load facility includes 28’ clear height, 40 x 50-foot column spacing, dock high and drive in loading.

Also in Eagle Hill, iAutomation has renewed its lease for 18,422 square feet at 4183 Eagle Hill Drive. The company has been a long time customer of Liberty’s in the park. Liberty was represented by Bryan Blythe, vice president of leasing and development.
Eagle Hill Business Park is located off Highway 68 within minutes of I-40 and I-74 and is approximately a 10-minute drive from Piedmont Triad International Airport.
At Federal Ridge, an unnamed tenant has renewed with a long-term lease for 33,000 square feet of space at 4344 Federal Drive in Greensboro. The 92,425 square foot building offers easy access to Highway 68, I-40, and I-74. Blythe represented Liberty in the renewal.
Federal Ridge Business Park offers 381,625 square feet of space in five buildings. Liberty has one 24,074 square foot space available for lease in the park. Liberty’s portfolio of approximately 2.1 million square feet in the Piedmont Triad is 98% occupied.
