Liberty Property Trust Brings a New Tenant to Duncan and Renews Another in Mauldin
Charlotte, NC – July 10, 2018 – Activity in Liberty Property Trust’s South Carolina portfolio includes a new lease in Duncan and a renewal in Mauldin.
Strama-MPS U.S., Inc. has leased 32,000 square feet of space at 170 Parkway West at Hillside Industrial Park in Duncan and will move into the space this summer. The 96,000 square foot Class A building, which includes 24-foot clear height, 200-foot depth and 40 by 40-foot column spacing is fully leased.
Kacie Jackson and Elliott Fayssoux with Cushman Wakefield, Thalhimer represented the tenant, and Marcus Cornelius and Trey Pennington of CBRE Greenville represented Liberty.
Kuehne + Nagel has renewed 40,000 square feet at 45 Brookfield Oaks Drive in Mauldin. The 96,000 square foot, Class A building is fully leased. Brookfield Business Park is conveniently located near I-385 and I-85, southeast of the city of Greenville.
