Liberty Property Trust Brings Liberty Business Center in Buford to Full Occupancy
ProCraft Cabinetry expands, leasing 132,511 square feet in Building Two
Atlanta – April 12, 2018 – Liberty Property Trust today announced that it has leased the remaining 132,511 square feet of space in Building Two (3535 Gravel Springs Road Extension) of the new 38-acre Liberty Business Center in Buford, Ga. ProCraft Cabinetry, which occupies all of Building One (3525 Gravel Springs Road Extension) has expanded into the location.

VTS America leased 102,723 square feet of space in Building Two last fall.
Both buildings in the complex are Class A development and certified LEED® Silver. They feature 50-by-54-foot column spacing, 32’ clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems and extensive trailer parking. The campus is in proximity to I-85, I-985 and the new Gravel Springs interchange.
