Bill Rouse Day of Caring

After Bill's death in 2003, our "Liberty family" looked for ways to keep his memory alive. Once a year, on the Friday nearest to his June 19th birthday, all Liberty offices close and instead of working in the office, we spend the day together doing two things that Bill loved: serving our communities and celebrating life.

United Way

For six consecutive years, we have succeeded in raising an average of more than $100,000 for the United Way per year. Our commitment to giving back to the community is such a large part of our culture that the percentage of employees participating in our fundraising effort has seen a steady increase each year since 2008.

Volunteer Time Off

Knowing that making a difference is a core value among Liberty employees, we grant 16 hours of Volunteer Time Off per year to each full time employee. This time off allows employees to choose an organization or cause that is most meaningful to them. We often see teams using this time as an opportunity to strengthen relationships and multiply impact.
